Admitted to New York State Bar in 2010.  Education: State University of New York at Binghamton (B.S., Management Information Systems, 2006); Hofstra University, School of Law (J.D., 2010).  During Law School, Mr. Bogaty was a member of the Labor and Employment Law Journal, and Family Law Clinic and received awards for his participation in the Mediation, Arbitration, and Alternate Dispute Resolution seminars.  Mr. Bogaty worked for the United States Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration.  Over the past ten years, Mr. Bogaty has closed thousands of Lender and Real Estate Transactions. Since starting his career at Taub & Bogaty PLLC, Mr. Bogaty has made numerous meaningful connections in this field and has opened his own title company, CTC Title Agency. When Mr. Bogaty is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, watching the NY Mets, and listening to the Dave Matthews Band.
